Whether you are renovating or building, our 7 step process has been tailored to ensure that your journey from initial contact to completion is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
01 | INITIAL CONTACT
We gather your information and discuss your dream spaces for your renovation or new home. Here we will obtain your ideas and arrange a suitable time to meet up in our showroom and book an onsite measure.
02 | MEASURE
We will arrange a suitable time to measure the area where your dream cabinetry is to be fitted. If you are building here we will go through your plans and ideas to develop an initial concept design and recommendations, all the while ensuring your cabinetry designs are functional, easy to use, easy to clean, look the way you imagined and within your budget.
03 | QUOTE & CONSULTATION
Within 2-4 weeks of the measure and showroom consult, we will generate a quote, an initial concept design, and recommendations, all the while ensuring your cabinetry design/s are functional, easy to use, easy to clean, look the way you imagined and within your budget.
Depending on the complexity of your journey, we may contact you to arrange a suitable time to meet with us to go through your quote. Here we can make any necessary adjustments to your cabinetry design before approval.
04 | APPROVAL & 3D DESIGNS
Once quote is approved and the deposit invoice payment is received, 3D designs will be generated within a timely manner, using state of the art technology to ensure your expertly crafted cabinetry is custom made to the millimetre.
05 | FINAL SELECTIONS
Final selections are confirmed and a crafting, assembly and installation schedule is implemented.
06 | CRAFTING & ASSEMBLY
Your new cabinetry materials are ordered (5 weeks prior to install). All cabinetry is then crafted and assembled and quality checked in our workshop.
07 | INSTALLATION
Your cabinetry is installed on the agreed time complete with a quality installation inspection.
We work with your builder and trades (if required) to ensure seamless crafting, assembly and installation.
We take immense pride in the projects we undertake and value the opportunity to showcase our work. With this in mind, we may kindly request your permission to photograph the completed cabinetry project professionally. These photographs would be utilised for promotional purposes and added to our portfolio. Your project's inclusion would not only highlight our craftsmanship but also acknowledge your contribution as a valued client.
